Florida building code along with your plans and/or specifications require many basic elements for the construction of your home, ie septic tanks, insulation and smoke detectors etc. Those things are provided in our pricing structure, of course. Often other elements are left to the builders discretion, the following list will give you an idea of where we stand in terms of value and quality. All bids or prices include the following unless specifically stated otherwise.
